1st Annual Slow Ice Hockey Tournament

April 30 and May 01, 2022

London Sports Park Arena, 99 Brookside St., London

EVENT DESCRIPTION:
* Recreational Women’s Division – Hoping for 6 or 8 – 55+ teams and 3 or 4 – 60+ teams
* Team entry fee $875.00
* Register early with a deposit of $250 to secure your spot!
* Full payment must be received by April 10, 2022
* Non contact
* No slap shots
* All players must be 55+ by December 31, 2022 or 60+ by December 31, 2022
* All tournament profits will go towards the Non Profit Organization GPPS to help local underprivileged
individuals attend skating and hockey programs with Gazdig Power Plus Skating
* Every effort will be made to optimize team schedules; with the exception of errors the schedule will
not be changed once it has been issued

TOURNAMENT PACKAGE INCLUDES:
* All teams guaranteed four games
* All final games will be held on Sunday 1 May, 2022
* Player of the game award for each team, presented after each regular game on Saturday (not playoffs)
* Team certificate for use at the rink bar and restaurant valid on Saturday
* Raffle with various prizes and 50/50 draw will be held on Saturday April 30, 2022
* Hotels located within aprx 10 – 15 minutes driving distance of London Sports Park
* Restaurant and bar will be open on site as well as others within a short drive of the arena
